Ed and the team are amazing. We had a vision and they helped us make it a reality. Everyone was professional, kind, and very friendly. Our cats may have been the reason we got the new floors but they are also loving it.

We had great customer service from the time we walked in to the showroom to the time the job was finished. Our new kitchen floor and steps look great and our installer, Mike, was a total pro. He made sure we were completely satisfied before he walked out the door. We will be using this firm again for future projects.

We recently had our basement carpet replaced with LVP and the team at Columbia Floors could not have been more helpful. I met with Eddie multiple times to make sure we made the right floor choice and measurements, and despite my skepticism given the size of the space and many small corners to cut and fit into, the entire job was finished in an 8 hour day. We couldn't be more satisfied with the whole process. A great company to use!

From start to finish, the team effort provided by the office manager, Becky and her boss, Ed who came out to confirm the measurements of two short stairways in our split level house, the installation crew, and the contractors who bound three remnant pieces of carpetting was excellent..Our new carpeting was installed in about 3 weeks from the time we signed the contracton. The installation team worked quickly and efficiently and installed the new carpetting beautifully. It is so comfortable to walk on. We had a great experience. We met with our Sales Manager to talk about our ideas, see samples, talk about options. Eddie came out again when we had further questions and specific areas and types of flooring. When we were going back and forth about different options he gladly and quickly sent multiple quotes. He did not pressure us but was always available to answer questions. When we were ready to move forward, Eddie helped us select dates that were good for us and determine which floor to work on in which order. The crew was great, working long hours to get the job done on time. Throughout the installation process they were open to discussion. Each day the crew cleaned up and asked the best place to store the materials for the next day.

I’ve worked with Columbia Floors twice now, and they don’t disappoint! For the first job, Eddie came out right away to not only take measurements, but to also provide floor samples for me to browse, which helped with efficiency of getting the job done. There was a little hiccup with the installers moving my furniture, which caused a dent in my bed. Eddie and Beckie quickly coordinated to have a repair man come to my home and rectify the issue; I cannot even see where the dent was!

The second time around, Eddie accommodated by working off floor-plan measurements in my condo to circumvent the measuring process; this allowed for the floor installers to come to my new home and install the new floors the day after I settled! I love my new floors—thanks Columbia Floors!

This is the second time I am using Columbia Floors. Their work is impeccable, so clean and great craftsmanship. And they are also incredibly fast. Did 2,000 square feet for me in 2 days. Salvador and Mike are the two that have done our homes and I cannot recommend them enough. And Ed and Beckie at the office are nothing short of efficient and professional.

I had three companies come out to quote this job and Columbia Floors provided the best experience. The price was great and their commitment to the warranty stood out for me. Jon was my sales rep, and he was very knowledgeable and super responsive. At no point did he make me doubt the quality of work I was going to receive. After finally deciding on a panel, the office was quick to try to find a date that worked for the installation. The installation was a little under 3 hours and came out looking amazing. I'm grateful for how fast and efficient Columbia Floors worked to get this project done. I would definitely recommend them and they will be my first call once we are ready to do the rest of the basement!

I'm extremely grateful to Columbia Floors. They accommodated me in a pinch after another flooring company botched the job. The office manager was exceptionally kind, understanding, and easy to communicate with, while the installer was efficient. Their prices are also incredibly reasonable, all things considered. However, I can't give them 5 stars because the installer made all his cuts inside my building due to the rain on the day of install, leaving everything covered in sawdust. I just wished he had cleaned up before he left.

I was so pleased with the way the floor turned out. I’m always a little apprehensive when making these big decisions from a small sample but it looks great. In addition I want to compliment the installation crew for doing a remarkable job. They were professional, worked hard, did an excellent job, finished on time and completely cleaned up.
It was wonderful working with everyone at Columbia Floors. They were very friendly and helpful and never pressured you to make a decision. The floors came in quickly after I ordered them and were installed soon after. I really appreciated working with this company and would highly recommend you to anyone who asked !

I just happened to find these guys as I google searched while I was in another carpet place nearby when the guy was waiting on the phone with one manufacturer to get an estimate for 1 flooring option. Definitely a stroke of luck, Guys at CF made it so much easier, explained all the options, gave me honest information. We ended up getting our bathroom re-tiled and 2 big rooms re-carpeted through them and experience was great. The work was all done in 1 day & customer service and quality was excellent the whole way. Would definitely recommend using them!

I would recommend Columbia Flooring to anyone who asks me. They came to me from a recommendation from a friend and when I reached out I talked to the owner Ed. He was great in asking all the questions to get an understanding of what I needed done. I was replacing all of my flooring (carpet and some hardwood) with luxury vinyl. I live in a one bedroom condo so not while a huge project, living in a one bedroom always can make it challenging for moving furniture around. They did a great job.

It took them 2 ½ days to complete the project and the flooring looked great. There was one hiccup though and while we know mistakes do happen from time to time, Columbia Flooring was very communicative and wanted to make it right. After sending some videos of the area they sent someone out to look and he confirmed it needed to be fixed. They were able to come back and fix the one area and I have no complaints.

Throughout the entire process they kept in touch with me wanting to make sure I knew when people were coming to my house, making sure I was happy with how the final flooring came out etc. They would always reach out to me before I even had a chance to contact them. I should also mention, they were very reasonably priced in my opinion. I really can’t say enough good things about the work they did and all of the professionalism from everyone I came in contact with.

I’ve had Columbia Flooring install hardwood in my house this past week in 2 bedroooms and a couple of months ago they did our stairs and hall. Both times it was so easy! Eddie and Beckie are amazing and always answered my calls. Instalation crews where really nice and clean. I can’t recommend them enough!

Columbia Floors removed the old carpet in our sunken family room and replaced it with new hardwood flooring, and demo-ed the old outdated bannister between our kitchen and our sunken living room. When it turned out that there was a gap in the kitchen tile after taking the bannister out, they continued to work with us to fill in the gap with additional wood flooring so it will look seamless until we are able to fully renovate our kitchen. I really appreciated how they worked with us to make it right. The floors look great! Thanks Columbia Floors!

I had a positive experience overall with Columbia Floors, LLC. Not only did I get a great price for the work I requested, but most of everyone was wonderful to work with. I had a pretty complex job that included a re-staining of the wood floor on the first floor of my home, then removal of carpeting and installation of hard flooring on my stairs, and then replacement of balusters and staining of railings to match. I got estimates from multiple companies for each part of the job thinking that I had to have multiple people come in. Not only did Steve & Eddie of Columbia Floors give me a great price on the entire job, but they were patient and focused on winning my business! Once I committed, Beckie and most of the workers who came in were professional and did a great job with the scheduling & installation. All of it was done in 4 or 5 days!! Total transparency: there were a few workers who came in that left a mess on my second floor that I didn't find until after they left, but I brought that issue straight to the company & they were extremely upset. As another customer mentioned, I think it might be an issue with those particular additional workers which I do not doubt Steve (the Owner), Eddie & the company will get on top of. This is a family company & it was clear that their reputation matters to them. Despite that hiccup, I am still highly recommending them to folks. Look at the before & after pictures...It is quality work. My stairs look fantastic and it has totally changed the look inside my home. I love it!! Definitely go with Columbia Floors, LLC!

Columbia Floors just finished installed vinyl plank flooring in our house and updating our staircase. They did a great job and were very reliable and clean. Their communication was great and they were easy to work with. I would highly recommend them.

We had a pipe burst and needed new flooring on all 3 levels. Ed came out the next day. He was personable, professional, and extremely helpful. The installers for the LPV as well as the carpet were also very professional, courteous and did a great job. I couldn’t imagine the headache of replacing the entire house flooring at once however, it went so unbelievably smooth! Becky, in the office, was also a joy to work with and quickly responded to my many questions! I would highly recommend Columbia Floors from start to finish. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy. I will not hesitate to recommend them or use them if needed in the future. Thank you for turning such a disaster into a great experience!!

We replaced a kitchen floor, and were delighted with the promptness, courtesy and quality of the service. Eddie brought multiple samples to the house the same day we called, and provided an accurate estimate for all the work. The team was outstanding and trustworthy, working most of the day in the house alone. This was just an excellent experience, highly recommended!
